Thank you for choosing to complete the CUPE / Hemsley Fraser Project Management Competence Self-Assessment. This is a high level assessment of overall competence based on consideration of a number of different areas of Project Management Practice. The assessment has been developed by experienced Consultants at CUPE and Hemsley Fraser using established project management methods and frameworks. It has been designed to be compatible with all major project management methods rather than specific to one. It is compliant with APM, PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA.

Your initial ‘gut feel’ is often the most accurate answer, because you can over analyse if you are not careful.
